Jodi Brandstetter is a passionate advocate for her team, candidates and hiring managers.  She is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition for Navient.  Jodi has been in talent acquisition for 15 years and offers expertise in leading onsite and virtual recruiting teams, executive and operations recruiting, social media sourcing, talent acquisition technology and talent strategy.

Helping others to achieve their goals is Jodi’s focus.  From helping her team with hitting their recruitment goals to helping a friend with his/her career search, Jodi is always there to provide her knowledge and expertise. 

Jodi has her SHPR and SHRM-SCP certification and a degree in business administration from University of Evansville.
