All booth levels include Keynote Luncheon Tickets - the number of tickets will vary based on the exhibitor level. You may make an additional "Food and Refreshment Pass" purchase.

Bag stuffers must be mailed directly to the IX Center or dropped off at the IX center between 9 and 11am on Wednesday, March 8, 2017. If you plan to drop off your bag stuffers, please let us know so we can expect them at sales@nohrc.org. Bag stuffers are included with Platinum, Gold and Silver booths but must be pre-purchased otherwise. If you are not planning to drop off your bag stuffers in person, please plan on shipping your items for DELIVERY FOR THE TUESDAY PRIOR TO THE CONFERENCE and mark as:

Exhibitor booth locations are assigned by the committee in the order that registrations are received. If you have a specific request, you can email it to admin@nohrc.org: Deadline for requests - February 9th. There are no promises or guarantees that requests can be honored.

Approximately a month before the conference, exhibitors will receive a welcome packet with a floor plan and assignments.

NOHRC 2017 will be held March 10, 2017. Exhibitors can set up the day before the conference (between the hours of 12 noon and 5:00 pm), and the day of the conference (between the hours of 6:00 am and 7:00 am). Please use Concourse 2E when entering the conference. There will be no dollies provided. Materials can be hand-carried or a 2-wheel dolly can be used (no 4 wheel dollies allowed).

All others exhibitors will receive a copy of the pre-conference registration list on Thursday, March 9, 2017. After the show, a FINAL POST-CONFERENCE list will be sent to exhibitors and sponsors the following week.

Please do not bring odorous food (popcorn machines) or any equipment (including audio equipment) that will infringe on other exhibitor spaces.

Our Prize drawings are for our attendees. Exhibitors and Corporate Sponsors are not eligible to participate in the drawings.

Nametags with your company name only will be provided and will be at your booth when you arrive.

You will have received a floor plan in the mail prior to the conference. See the floor plan & find your space number to locate your spot in the facility.The booth area is a 10 ft by 10 ft space. Each exhibitor space will have an 8 ft skirted table and 2 chairs provided. Additional chairs must be coordinated in advance at an additional cost. In addition, if you do not want a table please inform us. It will be the responsibility of each exhibitor to supply any special equipment (televisions, VCR equipment, flip charts, power strips, extension cords, etc). Vendors are responsible for all set up and immediate dismantling of their displays at the conference.

Exhibitors are encouraged to participate with our conference theme! So have fun with it, decorate your booth, come dressed in costume, and have your promotional items centered around our theme! Back by popular demand, CSHRM Board Members will vote on the best overall booth and once again, the exhibitor who wins will receive the fantastic prize of attending next year with a free exhibitor booth!!!

The Network Frenzy is a networking game that encourages attendees to visit your booth. Each exhibitor will receive raffle tickets to be distributed throughout the day to attendees. Based on the quality of interaction between yourself and the attendee, you have the option to distribute between 1 and 3 tickets. It will be beneficial for attendees to visit as many booths as possible to collect tickets, as the tickets will then be used in the Pick Your Prize Raffle at the end of the day (the committee is providing the Raffle items).

Individual prizes also tend to draw attendees to your booth, so you have the option of bringing an item to give away. If you have an individual raffle or prize to give away, we will ‘advertise’ your booth and prize on a Live Newsfeed throughout the day to help bring attendees to your booth! If you are a Platinum or Gold booth and your company has an individual raffle or prize giveaway, we can collect the item and raffle off your prize for you at the end of the day. If you are a Silver or Bronze booth, you will be responsible for drawing and contacting the recipient on your own.

Your Company is encouraged to visit the IX Center the day before the conference and set up your booth between the hours of 12:00pm and 4:30pm. Please use Concourse 2E when entering the conference. There will be no dollies provided. Materials can be hand-carried or a 2-wheel dolly can be used (no 4 wheel dollies allowed). It’s much easier than arriving between 6AM and 7 AM on the day of the conference and you’ll avoid not being setup when the attendees arrive. Plus, judging for the Best Booth Contest will take place between 7 and 8 am so you must be all set up and ready to go by then.

Pre-register the day of the 2017 conference and receive a discount off the purchase of your booth and/or sponsorship for the 2018 conference! 2018 Exhibitor registration rates will never be lower! See the conference chair or co-chair the day of the conference to take advantage of this HUGE discount.

Exhibit contracts cancelled in writing prior to February 14, 2017 will receive a 50% refund of deposit monies paid, less a $25 cancellation fee. After February 14, 2017 no refunds will be given.
